Terms and Conditions
We will only accept registration forms which have been authorized by the Sikhi Camp Administration Team.
The cost of attending the Sikhi Camp is £20 per child inclusive of a daily vegetarian lunch, snacks and refreshments. Please ensure that your child has breakfast before camp starts.
There are a limited number of spaces available and places are allocated on a ‘first come first serve’ basis.
We will not accept any campers below the age of 11.
The last date for registration is 30th June 2021 and no enrollments will be accepted after this date.
Please note payment is NON-Refundable once accepted.
Cancellation policy: no refunds will be given, unless Government C19 guidelines cause cancellation *(Upon receipt of payment).
We dont store any card payments
Data wont be shared with any 3rd party.
Photographs and video recordings of participants will be taken during the Camp and these may be used for promotion purposes.
The camp will run from 2nd August to 5th August 2021 from 8.30am to 4.00pm every day at Khalsa Primary School, Norwood Green, UB2 4LA
All children must keep their heads covered at all times during the day. Please provide your child with a patka, rumal or chunni.
Please bring in any medication for your child on the first day of camp.
Please provide the camp with two medications (If applicable) CLEARLY labeled with your child’s name, DOB, age, contact details (contact name and number).
Children must bring in their ID cards every day to the camp otherwise they will not be allowed entry into the camp. A replacement card will cost £1.
All activities will be run according to the principles of the Sikh faith.
SGSSS Sikhi Camp organizers will not accept any responsibility or liability for either loss or damage of personal belongings or injuries.Campers must not bring valuable items to the camp and must follow all instructions and procedures at all times.
The organizers will have the reserve right to refuse any admission
